  • Receipt of the shipment from the shipping company is an acknowledgment from you that the shipment is in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
  • Purchases paid through the Purchase Installment Service (Tamara) cannot be returned for cash.


The allowed period for return and exchange at Fondue Travel and Travel Supplies Store:

  • Return is within three days of receipt
  • Replacement is within seven days of receipt.


Terms of return and exchange at Fondo store for travel and travel supplies:

  • You must submit the original invoice that arrived with the shipment to benefit from the return and exchange services.
  • The product must be in the same condition it was in when purchased and in the original packaging.
  • Specific shipping fees must be paid by the shipping company to return and exchange items, except for items with workmanship defects.
  • Products related to human health and safety are excluded from the return and exchange service in the Fondue store for travel and trip supplies, based on the guides and procedures of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.


Immediate replacement for products with workmanship defects at Fondue Travel & Travel Amenities:

Products with workmanship defects shall be replaced within three days from the date of receipt provided that:

  • The product shall be free from any scratches or misuse.
  • Bring the original box with all accessories and usage manuals inside, if any.


Exchange and Return Mechanism:

  • After the policy is issued by Fondo, the customer must deliver the product and keep the delivery of the product as you received it to the shipping company registered in the policy
  • (In the event that the products are not seriously packaged or lost during shipping due to not being well packed, the customer will bear the costs of the product)
  • In the event of a return, the price of the return policy will be deducted from the customer.
  • In case of replacement | For international returns, the customer bears the entire cost of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.


How to exchange or return:

  • After completing the application, you must wait for the policy to deliver the product (the policy will be sent to the e-mail or WhatsApp within a day or two).
  • Upon receipt of the return policy, the products must be delivered to the shipping company with the document attached so that the shipping company can see it (the policy is valid for 7 working days).


After delivery of the piece if your request:

Replacement: The product will be exchanged and sent back to you.

Return: The refund will be returned to your account within 1 to 3 working days.
